I read the book “Aidan of Oren: The Elf Princess.” By Alan St. Jean. I read this book because I read the first book and I really enjoyed it, so I had to read the second book of the series!! There are exactly 227 pages in this book.
Aidan and Lilly are two of the many main characters. Aidan is very brave and out going. He is also caring, kind, and sweet. Aidan does not like to let down his friends…at all! Lilly is wise, caring, and beautiful. She help leads the group. She loves to laugh. Aidan and Lilly are inspiring.
Lilly and Aidan are trying to save Damon (a baby white dragon) from an evil black dragon. The black dragon was once a human…dying in the woods. Alone and help less. in the bitter, cold, and dark night. Then a dragon found him and tried to save him…nothing worked. She had tried everything possible besides one last thing. She didn’t want to do it but this man was so weak. She had to do it. Turn him into a dragon. She had done it, she had gave him power, too much power. After that he ripped through towns killing everything in its way. The prophecy had told of a white dragon and a black dragon battling for everything they loved and wanted. Damon is still to young to battle with the black dragon. The black dragon wanted to find Damon and destroy him while he is young and weak. He failed with Aidan in the way.
I would rate this book with 4 stars. I would recommend this book for kids. It is a great book with many adventures and mysteries. This book will make you want to read more and more of the Aidan of Oren series!!
